Who this notice covers

This notice explains what information WellNest Living Limited (“WellNest Living”, “we”) collects from visitors to this website and people who book a session, why we collect it, and how it's used.

What we collect when you book

Booking is handled through Cal.com, an external scheduling service embedded on this site. When you book a free consultation or a full session, Cal.com collects the information needed to schedule and prepare for it. Based on Remi's questionnaire responses, this is expected to include:

Your name and contact details
What you're struggling with, and any relevant symptoms
Your goals for working together
How you heard about WellNest Living

Because this is a mental-health-adjacent service, some of this information is sensitive personal data. We only ask for what helps Remi understand your situation before a session — never more than that.

Why we collect it

We use this information to schedule your session, prepare appropriately for it, and provide care that's relevant to your actual situation. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell it.

Where it's stored

Booking information is stored and processed by Cal.com and synced to Remi's Google Calendar for scheduling purposes. Both are third-party services with their own privacy and security practices. We don't operate our own database or store your information on this website's servers — this site has no backend and no database.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not currently run analytics. If added in future, it will be a privacy-respecting, cookie-free tool (such as Plausible) that does not track individuals.

Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us using the details on the Contact page. Because booking data lives in Cal.com and Google Calendar, some requests may need to be actioned directly with those services as well.
